Q: How long has the Impact Grant, by Hannah's House & Clothes Closet been awarding? Hannah's House & Clothes Closet, has been in operation since 2008. The grant was started as response to indivisuals, communities and other organizations who have great ideas but lack the funds to get started. This grant is an attempt to give those who address social issues a starting point.


Q: How is the grant winner selected?  The application runs month to month. Only applications submitted within that month will be selected for that months grant opportunity. The advisory committee selects the top 10 applications from the pool of applications. The 10 applications are closely reviewed and 1 winner is selected.


Q: How often can I apply? If you application has not been selected as winner for that month, you can apply as many times as you would like the proceeding months. If, you application has been previously selected, and you are that months winner, you cannot reapply for a year. 


Q: Who selects the grant winner? The Impact Grant, by Hannah's House & Clothes Closet advisory committee. 


Q: What are the grant requirements? You cannot be 501C3 established. You must provide proof of your community service project. Your community service porjects must address the following social issues, homelessness, poverty, education disparities, youth and young adult crisis intervention, and mental health. 

Q: What is the application deadline? The application runs month to month. Only applications submitted within that month will be selected for that months grant opportunity.
